Today was my first day of outpatient rehab (as opposed to in home, that is!) Nice people; great facilities, but they have me scheduled for 4 times a week for 6 weeks. Don't want to go that often or that long! I measured 84 (supposed to get no more than 80 in therapy, but the Doc said I might end up closer to 90 on my own!) She measured me at 17 for extension, and I was at zero at home---not sure what that is all about! Cheryl took some pictures, and I laughed when I saw them---I certainly look dorky with my white teds, black shoes and black shorts.
